my little turtle had a small cut on his neck, over the past couple of weeks it has gotten worse. I read to put betatine and water on it which i did. Ithen rinsed him off and dried him off for a while and put him back. Now not only are there bubbles in the tank but he pooped blood and a black thing came out and went back in...please help me help him. I tried a vet and noone can see him til monday. im afraid he will die,please help.
