Question

red eared slider release.

Sent to Pet Experts July 19, 2006 4:05 p.m.

To whom this may concern,

I have had a red eared slider for about a year now, and it is obvious he is not happy in his lonely tank. There are two turtle ponds on my college campus with many other red eared sliders in them and I was planning on letting him go in a month or so, so he could be happy. I love my turtle very much, and was wondering if there was any safe way I could mark him so I can identify him every day I pass that pond?

Thank you!
