My Cat is 10 months old and we thought she was in heat but her symptoms are lasting for a month now. Is that normal? She is also very lethargic. And she has lost alot of weigh. In the past month. She also has a hole near her ear that looks nothing like a scrach or sore from natural causes. Please help is you can.
