My female seems to get very aggresive towards our other dogs when she is in heat. Is this common and will spaying her solve this problem. Are there any other options at the moment since she is currently in heat.

Optional Information:
Age: 2; Female; Breed: Great Dane

Already Tried:
Kenneling her. Keeping her isolated from my other dogs.

Yes it is common due to the hormonal changes and yes spaying her should resolve it.
For now I'd keep her apart from the other dogs as you are doing.
You might have to have her spend extra time crated or baby gated into another room from the rest of the pack.
Hope this helps you!

Can she safely be spayed while in heat or should we hold out till the end of the cycle?
