Maybe and maybe not. Best bet is to talk to your vet about either doing a 'morning after shot' (which does have hazards) or being ready to pay for a c-section when the time comes for the pups to be delivered.
You can do an x-ray about a week before pups are due to see if any are too large for delivery and plan a c-section based on that.
You will need to be there for whelping and to make sure she doesn't get in trouble and need an emergency c-section. Here the emergency room quoted me $2034 to do an emergency c-section. Luckily my vet came into his office for me and did it for only $684.
Another alternative is to spay your poodle if you have no plans to breed her. You can do that once she comes out of heat (probably in another week) if that is your choice.
Hope this helps you!
