we found a wild baby rabbit no mother, the nest was torn

we found a wild baby rabbit no mother, the nest was torn apart. we are guessing it is about 17 to 21 days old. it has a sore on the hind quarter we put neosporin on it. it is looking kind of sluggish now what can i do? and when do they start eating solids?
