pet information, about alergic reations

I have a brendal pit who is about 1 in a half. She right now is experiencing what I think is an alergic reaction to a bug bite or something. She is puffy around her right eye and the left side of her mouth by the nose. Is there anything that I can give or do for her at home until tomorrow morning?
It does not seem to bother her that much becasue she is still walking and playing around with her companions.Please respond immediadetly.
