Can't get up on her legs....

Please help me...my little dog has a problem with her back legs, dc said it must be her knee’s...had an operation and didn’t help..she struggles to get up on her feet..doctors are stumped. can you please help its so heart breaking.

How long has this been going on?? What testing was done...x-rays? Neurologic exam?? what were the results?
