Not using the litter box!

I have a female cat about 9 mos old I found her on fathers day dehydrated unable to walk etc. I nursed her to health and after 4 mos she finally walked. Today she vomited and I noticed that her litter box is empty she hasn’t peed or pooped in it all day, I changed the litter last eve and would know if she did or not I don’t let her out so that’s not possible, is she ok or should I take her to the vet, I don’t think she is drinking either, but, her appetite is fine. Please help! Sorry I'm disabled live on a fixed income.
