7 WEEK OLD PITBULL PUPPY, BLOATED BELLY (WORMS), ALSO HAS BUBBLES UNDER THE SKIN AROUND STOMACH AREA, FLUID FILLED TO THE FEEL, VERY LATHARGIC, THEY CAN BE PUSHED AROUND, HAS BEEN VOMITING AND LOOSE STOOLS

When referring to the "bubbles"..does it feel crackly...like bubbles under a piece of plastic? Any vaccines? How long has he been like this?
