possibly illness?

my dog is breathing heavely, hyper and his stomach is warmer than usual. His activity level is low...should I worry? is he sick?

Hello,

What breed dog is it? When did this start? Is he normally a hyper dog?
Is he eating and drinking ok? Any other symptoms with this?
