FLEA PROBLEMS

I have a ger.shepard and I’ve been trying to get rid of
the fleas he has. I tried shampoo, oils and collars and
he still has fleas. we bug bomb the house after each flea bath. Its got to the point that the fleas are biting us now. Can you please help us. Thank You
