my miniture pom has a bug problem. She has a bug infestaion on her skin. It does not look anything like any fleas I have ever seen. She has had this problem for several months.My 2 cats don't have any of these bugs and they are not bothering anyone in the house. We have treated the dog with collars,sprays, drops, shots and all sorts of other flea remedies. We have also treated our house many times for bugs. Nothing is making her problem go away. She has lost all of the bushyness to her fur and is now bald on her belly and back legs from scracthing and biting herself.These bugs are big with brown wings that they don't fly with.The bugs crawl around on her belly and underside.What can we do to help her?
