My 4 goldens and 1 cocker all are shaking their heads.

My 4 goldens and 1 cocker all are shaking their heads. Treated with Tresiderm as well as panalog. Their ears are CLEAN! What's going on???Tammy said to use alcohol mixed with boric acid and something called violet gentocin. I need to know iwhere to get the violet gentocin and do I use cotton balls to remove the excess solution.
