Hi! I would need to know exactly where, what caused it and how big. Also the age and breed of horse and coat color. How did it happen and when? What have you done so far? Has tht horse had a tetanus shot?

Reply to Marie's Post: the cut is about one and a half inches long ,he is one year old .it looks like he maybe have caught it on a low lying tree limb.he is palomino.yes he has had a tetanus shot.so far we have cleaned it put some wonder dust on it and bandaged it everyday.it got alot of drainage.
