my dog ate choclate and peanut butter cups will he be ok
i understand that dogs cannot eat choclate so i am very worried

Should be fine :)
Milk chocolate is lesser of the chocolate evils, but having a small dog you do need to be careful.
Pick up the Halloween candy, because they can't resist it, and it usually is the peanutbutter they are after! :)
