Why are my mares 2 back feet swollen this morning ? Is it from where i lunged her to hard, worked her out too hard or could it be from that i feed her first 2 hours before i worked her out and i usually feed her after she is worked out and cooled off ? Or did i put her up too soon and thought she was cooled down enough? Please help me i dont want to hurt my horse!

Can you answer a few questions for me so that I may give you an accurate answer to your question?

You said that your horses "two hind feet" are swollen. Do you mean the pastern? fetlock? cannon bone? coronet band?

Is she lame?

It's just the two hinds, not the front?

I will await your reply. In the meantime, I don't think right now you are dealing with anything serious, but I need your answers to help.

Working your horse 2 hours after feeding is fine. No worries there.
