My 18 month old Newfoundland dog spits up fairly frequently. Tt’s usually odorless & clear (mainly water) sometimes containing a little undigested kibble -- never anything else. He’s very healthy otherwise and doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort or distress. Any ideas? It certainly doesn’t seem normal!

Sometimes don't take in too much and they will bring it back up or regurge. I would elevate his food and water and you can also try soaking his dry food prior to eating him it. This sometimes helps. It is documented that larger breeds need to eat at their shoudler level for better digestion.

Hopr this helps.

Good Luck!
