Question

Keeshond red spot

Sent to Pet Experts August 06, 2006 1:31 p.m.

I have an 11 month old Keeshond and noticed yesterday between his eye and ear where there is fur that he has a red spot which is raw about the size of a dime. I put neosporin on which says its first aid antibiotic ointment as he wants to rub with his back foot. He is an indoor dog mostly as we live in Arizona and only other pets are two cats any idea what this might be and how to treat??

Thank you
