I have a 8 yr Lhaso Apso which sneezes constantly and all has a problem with back clearing of throat. Please let me know what I can do.

Are the sneezing and the trouble clearing the throat new problems for your dog or have they just worsened recently? Is there any mucous draining from the eyes or nose? Has your dog's activity level changed? Does your dog wear a collar or a harness or neither?
