DEAR DOCTOR, I HAVE TWO GERMAN SHEPHERD MALES FROM THE SAME LITTER, BOTH OF WHOM TURN ONE YEAR OLD JULY 22ND. IN ONE DOG, HIS TESTICLES HAVE DROPED OVER A MONTH AGO, BUT, HIS BROTHER HAS YET TO DROP HIS. IS THIS CAUSE FOR CONCERN AND THAT PERHAPS SURGERY IS REQUIRED, OR IS HE JUST A " LATE BLOOMER"?
