i'm despirately looking for help..i have no money

i'm despirately looking for help..i have no money and my little kitten is having difficulty breathing.I NEED HELP! please help me my kitten looks like he wont make it.I've tooken him to the veteranarian's hospital and they gave him a biotic for dehydration but he hasnt looked well at all.I need help now.WHAT CAN I DO.please help me.

Already Tried:
i gave him a vitamin called "nutri-cal" that the doctor gave me for him.And the doctor also gave him a shot of a biotic i believe for dehydration and he is not well at all he has been having either seizures or strokes all day.He also i believe cant breathe well he was crying loud and he had his tongue sticking out.I have no money to pay for any procedure that they would ask me to do if he lives by tomorrow.PLEASE HELP ME.
