My boston terrier has allergies. We know it must be environmental, we live in Iowa and after taking our dog "buddy" to Florida on vacation, we noticed his allergies (redness around mouth, belly and feet cleared up with itching!!! We had the same bowls, food and toys and kennel. He looked the best he ever has!
When we returned home the symptoms returned quickly. We have spent thousands on trying to help him and nothing makes the redness go away. He is on a low dose steroid/anti-itch med which we alternate with Benadryl and give him Relief baths.
My question (finally) is this common with Boston terriers and is there anything we can do to help?
