I have an 11 month old min pn, and her skin is VERY

I have an 11 month old min pn, and her skin is VERY dry and flaky, She scratches constantly. Her hair is thin, but not "gone" in spots like under her neck, no hair on her ears, and thinning on the very top of her head. What could be the cause of that? Do Min Pins typically have skin problems?
