Hi! They only way to fix this is to get a good farrier out to see your horse. If the bones (coffin) in the toe has collapsed, he is the only one that re-set the foot. Did you plan to spend $200. on this answer, because it it much more complicated than this. If you want my help, let me know. I can help you and your horse. He is not rideable like this. You can only make him more lame. Let me know.
