I am taking a 4 yr old Beagle from an owner who has kept her in a raised (3' above ground) pen/cage for the last several months - the owner is a duck hunter. I deplore this type of treatment and will be giving her a new home, but have a question. She seems very well behaved/obedient when I take her out, but will going to the bathroom be an issue if she's used to going where she stands? (in the cage)? Thanks!
