There is a product out at most local health stores called Dr Foot Corn and Callus remover that has natural buffing granuals in it that helps to soften and massage away painful skin build up. It has a tea tree and aloe combination along with salicylic acid that helps to sooth and soften the pads which will help the calluses to dissolve. If you use this daily on the foot pads it can help to prevent corns from coming back and also to dissolve corns when they start to appear. I think this would be a good solution to your problem if you use it daily and could stop further surgeries from becoming necessary as well. I will also do some research and see if I can find this available online for you as well in case you can not find it locally.
