my 4 month old puppie threw up some clear substance today, there wasnt anything in it, but he kinda gagged for a few minutes then vomited the clear fluid. Is this anything to be alarmed about?

Hi,

As long as he has had his shots and there was no blood in it he should be OK, just make sure he is having normal bowel movements and urinating as normal.

If he continues to throw up he may have parasites that need to be treated by your vet. If he is continuing you can feed him some boiled chicken and rice to settle his stomach and unflavored pedialyte to replace any vitamins and minerals lost.
