I have a crack in the corner of my mouth that hasn't healed in about 2 weeks. It has since spread to the other side of my mouth as I tried to buy over the counter medicine of neosporne.. It's been 1 week with the neosporne cold sore and cracked lips medicine and it hasen't gotten better at all...
