what's your call on --no stool pasing -ineffectual urging;vomitting--no blood either end...checks food out --but turns from--thirst so so--desirws to lie down--rest--not sure in pain associated or not --vomit of mucous--not consistent----x-ray shows --possible ahrdening of small intestine--not closure---what possibilities you can tell from this?
