I have a 6 year old Boxer who is usually really playful and ...

I have a 6 year old Boxer who is usually really playful and has a hearty appetite. About 2 weeks ago she stopped eating as much(next to nothing) and does not play at all. Her movements are sluggish. What should we do to her?
