my 8 yr old lab mix has leasons that come up between ...

my 8 yr old lab mix has leasons that come up between and undre her paws they are blood filled and rupture pooring blood. she has been on vetalog for years and now shows sighs of Cushings . the vetalog kept the leasons at bay . but she must stop it now . Have you ever heard of such blood filled boils between a labs toes? She has been off vetalog for 1 month and the leasons are back in full force.She is in great discomfort and licks constantly at open sores.she soaks in epsom salts also.
