I have a 2 month old chiweenie and he's sick.

I have a 2 month old chiweenie and he's sick. went for a ride in the car yesterday and he was vomiting and he has been sleeping all day. He had a little to eat this a.m. and
drank some water. when should I start to worry and take him to see a vet?
