My 5 yr old pompoo has spit up 4 times this afternoon. It is a foamy yellow thick liquid. One of the times it looked like there might have been very small dots of blood. She is stretching in a very strange manner since then. Her back legs are up while her chest is down on the floor. It looks like she's stretching, but she's done this unusual stretch all day. Can you help?
