My little Chihuahua ran away 2 days ago, and I found her!!

My little Chihuahua ran away 2 days ago, and I found her!! Now she is incredibly nervous. Every sound is scaring her in the house. She is growling and visibly upset. She will not eat, drink or go potty. Unless I give her treats, then she will eat. She seems very tired but jumps at every sound outside or on the television. Is there anything I can do to help reduce her anxiety? Will she be back to her old self?
