my beagle sometimes breaths loud like he snoring or coughing...is that normal...also when i adopted him at the humane society they said he was potty trained but he has lifted his leg twice in the house on the first day and hasnt went ppop outside yet even though i have taken him out 10 times to do it.

The breathing issue.. is this occuring while he is awake? Does it seem like he is trying to breath in through his nose which is making the snorting sound?
