I have an English Mastiff who is 11 months old. He has had an infection in his knee and hock for a month and a half. He currently stands 27 inches and weights 105 Ibs.. Will or could this infection stunt his growth. I was told does dogs stop growing in height by 11 months. What could I expect?

No, an infection will not normally stunt his growth. His size is a little small, as dogs should be 30 inches at the shoulder, but there is still time to grow. Some bloodlines of mastiffs actually top out after 3 years of age. The bloodlines I currently have do not top out until after 2 years old. He still has plenty of time to grow :)
