I have a 9 year old Male Rottweiler. Well loved house baby. He just recently can't seem to hold his head up with out twitching it up and to the right. Is this Epilepsy or brain deteriation cause of old age? He's not quite having seizures just little twitches. I can tell he can't control himself. What should I do? Is this just a sign his health is taking a turn for the worse and the big one is coming soon or is this stoppable?

Are his eyes moving like he's watching a tennis match?
