hi i have a poodle she had her second heat about 2 ...

hi i have a poodle she had her second heat about 2 months ago and is pregnant i can feel thim move and shes had milk for about 4 days and i took her temp. for the first time today and it was 99.6 but its the first time ive ever done it because i didnt have a thermometer, now she is eating table food but not regular dog food so she hasnt reall lost her appettite and shes very sleepy and she nested for like 2 minutes last night im so confused can u help me please
