My 3 month old chihuahua has had nice erect ears but the last few days her right ear has begun to droop. Is this normal or the indication of something wrong?

She's starting to teeth. Ears may go up down sideways and do almost anything while pups teeth.
You should check in the ear though to make sure there is no infection. If not then you may just have a few weeks of ears going every which way as the calcium used to make cartilage is diverted to making new teeth.
You can try supplementing with Glycoflex or Cosequin which helps to build cartilage if you want to. You can see if adding a daily doggy multivitamin mineral tablet helps too. I would not add straight calcium as that might lead to bone problems.
