It is both of my female dsh cats, both have only ingested cat food today. Both have thrown up pinkish clear liquid, nothing in it, and have done it multiple times within the last hour.

They eat both wet and dry food. The dry food is brown and is indoor adult cat from NutroMax. The wet food is from Friskies Flaked With tuna & Egg in Sauce (which is red colored). Our dog has eaten some and is fine. The food was given to them this morning. Our eldest cat has not thrown up at all though, she is a DSH 2 years old.

If you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that they have not ingested any foreign product, then,It appears that they got a bad batch of food. The pink vomit is probably food coloring that is in the tuna and egg food. Look at the cans and do not give them any food with that lot number. Try to feed them very lightly. Dogs are different. Their digestive systems can tolerate a multitude more than a cat. Anything a cats sensitive digestive system detects is bad will come right up. Call the cat food company tomorrow and report this and they will send you a whole case.
If the vomiting contiues into tomorrow after you are no longer using this food then call your vet.

Thank you very much for your help. I was so worried, but their other behavior had not changed so I did not know what to do. You are truly a life saver. :)
