Do black toy poodles stay black, or do they change to a salt and peper color after awhile? I went to go look at some toy poodles and there was a black one. The owner said that after the first year the poodle will be really black then after about 2 or 3 years the poodle will turn a salt and peper color . Is this corect or No.
