i have a pitbull and he will be months in a few days when

I have a pitbull and he will be 6 months in a few days. When most people call him he will crouch down and start peeing he has done it since he we anout 8 wks old. He does it all the time. He mostly does it to my boyfriend all he has to do is look at him and he will start doing it. but he don't wage his tail as if he was happy We don't beat him or nothing like that but most of the time he acts like that. we thought that he might have a blatter problem but he stays in a crate over night and he can hold his pee for up to like 8 or 9 hours .......so do u have any suggestions?
