my chihuahua is weeks pregnant well i hope she is she

My Chihuahua is 6 weeks pregnant, well I hope she is, she has a clear discharge from her vulva, is this normal and what is it? And would she be doing this if she was having a false pregnancy? She isn't really made a belly yet and Im just trying to figure out if she is indeed pregnant! Thank You
