Can I breed my AKC registered male Rottweiler with his AKC registered Daughter?

Age: 6; Male; Breed: Rottweiler

Already Tried:
His Daughter is 2 and has already been through 2 heat cycles and is due for another soon. Is it possible that this could correct any deficiencies in the bloodline such as small overbites in the litter or better markings?
