i need help with my two treefrogs,one has little black dots alover,and the other looks like it has red leg,and it has nasty yellowish skin secreations,it has a nasty smell coming off of him, kind of a soapyish smell.can you tell me what it is and how to cure it.

Already Tried:
isolating the one with red leg,and soaked him in clean fresh warm water. the one with the dots i havent done anything because the dots dont seem to hurt him.
