Question

how can you tell the sex of a lutino cockatiel

I have a lutino cockatiel,estimated age would be possibly 8mths. to a year old.I want to find out the sex of it,but I have never had one before,I have one male,and 3 females that the usuall grey color.One of my females is a cinnamon pearl,she's just 5mths.old.My oldest 2 birds is the parents of her.The lutino was gave to me and I need to know the sex of it,one of my other grey cockatiels is laying eggs and I have no male to go with her yet.Please try to help me.Also,will other cockatiels sit on other cockatiels eggs?
