We have a 4 month old female dachshund that we are

We have a 4 month old female dachshund that we are working on housebreaking with. Here is the problem, even after going outside to go potty she will come in and if anything is left on the floor she will pee or even stool on it. She will also jump on the couch and do the same thing up there even after going outside. It is not like she hides either, she does it right in front of us. Please help
