my guinea pigs both have these bumps on there feet could it be warts or something worse it kinda looks like warts but its drying off and falling off the skin what could it be? also they arent on any bedding they have this cage to where they dont touch there bedding at all they only touch this rack thing where there dropings go down instead of in the cage
