Miniature Schnauzer Sick

My 14 month old Min Schnauzer appears to have uncontrollable shaking of the extremities. Although she seems to be resting....her limbs jet out and seem to be uncontrollable. There does not appear to be a fever, she ate dinner, played outside and in all other instances seems to be okay. We are worried that she may have eaten something (poisonous) or was stung or bit by an insect. Can you offer any advice?
